Senior Wholesale Director - EMEA & LatAm

Janus Henderson Investors in Milan seeks a senior sales professional to originate new business in the intermediary wholesale segment and collaborate with the wholesale team to define strategy with the Country Head.
You will help define market pricing ranges, engage in pricing negotiations, and work with local client services and retail teams to align JHI interests and success. The role involves supporting RFPs and guiding customer-specific product structuring.
