PositionPosition Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Product Development Fancy Accessories to join our Accessories Team. Supported by the Development Manager, this role is pivotal in driving new collection development, from ideation to the 'GO STYLE' phase, by effectively balancing design aesthetics with technical feasibility, cost efficiency, quality standards, and tight deadlines. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Style and Marketing teams and animate all the industrial stakeholders ensuring timely execution of mock-ups and prototypes in adherence to Maison quality standards and industrial strategies.Job ResponsabilitiesKey Responsibilities:Manage designer requests for new collection development, aligning with Marketing briefs;Sourcing specific materials, technics or suppliers upon the project brief;Monitor mock-ups and prototypes arrival for collection meetings and conduct weekly development follow-ups;Supplier follow-up;Creation of development and research-related orders;Overseeing special order samples: orders, deliveries, and dispatch;Responsible for planning the creative brief all the way through to the GO STYLE phase;Develop the re-use/circular creativity approach;Design to Cost approach;Sensible to reglementary topics.ProfileProfile:Degree in Industrial Design, Engineering or similar;5/7 years of experience in product development roles for Accessoires (metal, leather, multiple materials, etc.);Experience as a Project Manager. Hight interest in products, ideally in leather goods and a good understanding of the luxury market.
