Senior CRM Project Manager - Personalized promotions & Wallet (F/M/X) - Permanent

As Senior CRM Project Manager for Personalized Promotions & Wallet, you will report to the CRM Group Director and drive Veepee’s promotional strategy across all six European markets (France, Benelux, Germany, Spain, Italy & Switzerland) and business scopes (Flash Sales, Brandsplace, Clearance, Media, Le Club).

You own two interconnected mandates :

• Maximise the ROI of promotional marketing budget — covering all voucher and incentive mechanics across the full customer lifecycle, whether funded by Veepee or by brand partners.
• Lead the CRM workstream of the Wallet & Promotional Products project — Veepee’s flagship 2026–2028 initiative to transform the “Mes Promos” space into a personalized, gamified promotional wallet.

You operate at the intersection of CRM strategy, product development and data, influencing without direct authority and acting as the bridge between the CRM team and other main stakeholders (Front/Growth, sourcing, finance teams).

You are accountable for defining your OKRs, owning your roadmap and delivering measurable impact on promotional performance.

TASKS

Promotional Budget Strategy & ROI Optimisation

• Own the strategy and allocation of the voucher marketing budget across all lifecycle stages — acquisition, activation, engagement, reactivation.
• Define well‑framed, scoped problems linked to concrete business OKRs based on evidence and define functional features to address them.
• Lead execution with contributions from tech, data and operational teams.
• Define the right promotional mechanics for the right moment: welcome offers, cashback, brand‑funded vouchers, targeted incentives, win‑back promos.
• Build and maintain a promotional performance framework: track ROI by mechanic, market, lifecycle stage, and funding source (Veepee vs. brand partners).
• Identify optimisation levers and challenge the status quo, pushing toward more targeted, personalised and cost‑efficient strategies.
• Work closely with the CRM Data Steward to leverage Voucher Performance tracking tools and A/B test dashboard; design and run structured tests on promotional mechanics.

Wallet & Promotional Products — CRM Product Owner

• Act as the CRM lead on the Wallet & Promo Products project, reinventing the promotional experience for members.
• Translate CRM strategy and member insights into concrete product requirements for the Front/Growth PM team.
• Define and champion the gamification vision for the promotional wallet: mechanics, member journey, engagement loops.
• Contribute actively to the product roadmap, challenge priorities, validate UX directions, and ensure CRM objectives are embedded in every sprint.
• Coordinate with the Head of CRM Engagement & Conversion and the Head of CRM Traffic & Recruitment to integrate promotional mechanics into lifecycle journeys and traffic plans.
• Monitor the live rollout of product‑specific promotions (currently in test) and drive the scaling strategy across markets.

Cross‑functional Influence & Alignment

• Serve as the single point of contact for promotional topics within the CRM team and external stakeholders (Finance, Brand Partnerships, Product, Tech).
• Participate in CRM leadership discussions and contribute to the team’s collective roadmap.
• Document everything: strategy, decisions, test results, roadmap contributions.

MUST HAVE skills

• 7–8 years of experience in CRM, promotional marketing, loyalty or incentive strategy, ideally in e‑commerce or retail.
• Proven track record of managing and optimising a significant promotional or incentive budget with demonstrated ROI impact.
• Strong analytical profile: comfortable with performance data, A/B testing frameworks and KPI‑driven decision‑making.
• Experience working at the intersection of marketing and product, translating business needs into product requirements and engaging credibly with PM and Tech teams.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills — you influence, align and drive without hierarchical authority.
• Structured thinker with strong project management discipline: you handle complexity, prioritise well and deliver on time.
• Fluent in English (working language). French is a strong plus.

NICE TO HAVE skills

• Experience designing loyalty or gamification mechanics.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign or equivalent).
• Experience in a B2B2C or marketplace environment.
• Knowledge of brand co‑funding / trade marketing mechanics.
