Berlin Packaging is seeking a CRM Manager to act as Salesforce Product Owner for the EMEA region. Leads functional analysis, solution design and demand management across the CRM ecosystem, bridging business needs with Salesforce capabilities for sales, service, ecommerce and marketing.
Ideal candidate understands distribution businesses from quoting to order fulfilment, cross-border delivery, and how account management uses CRM daily.
