The successful candidate will work closely with Operations, IT and Logistics teams to build reliable, automated reporting solutions that free up the team to focus on operational performance and continuous improvement. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliDevelop and maintain automated reporting solutions using Excel, Power Query and available automation tools. /liliConsolidate and validate operational data from multiple sources (ERP, WMS, logistics providers and internal systems). /liliSupport the creation and maintenance of warehouse performance KPIs and operational scorecards. /liliAutomate recurring reporting activities and reduce manual data handling across the team. /liliPrepare data and insights for weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews. /liliIdentify opportunities to simplify reporting processes and eliminate non-value-added administrative work. /liliEnsure consistency, reliability and accuracy of operational data. /liliDocument reporting processes, data sources and automation workflows. /liliPartner with Operations, Finance, IT and Logistics teams to improve data accessibility and reporting efficiency. /li /ulh3Objectives Key Results /h3pstrongAutomation Productivity /strong /pulliReduce manual reporting effort across the Warehouse Logistics team. /liliIncrease the number of automated reports and workflows. /liliReduce time spent on repetitive administrative activities. /li /ulpstrongData Quality Visibility /strong /pulliImprove reporting accuracy and consistency. /liliImprove KPI visibility and reporting timeliness. /liliEnsure reliable and accessible operational data. /liliDeliver reporting and automation initiatives that improve team productivity. /liliSupport operational process simplification and standardization. /li /ulh3Background /h3ulli1–3 years of experience in Operations Analytics, Supply Chain Analytics, Reporting, Process Improvement or similar roles. /liliBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Data Analytics or related fields. /liliExperience working with operational, logistics or supply chain data is a plus. /liliAdvanced Excel, Power Query. /liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. /liliData preparation, validation and reporting. /liliAbility to work with large datasets and multiple data sources. /liliSpanish language skills are preferred, but not required. /li /ulh3Personal Attributes /h3ulliCurious and proactive mindset. /liliStrong attention to detail. /liliStructured and organized approach. /liliAbility to work independently while supporting multiple stakeholders. /liliPassion for simplifying processes and eliminating manual work. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
