Commercial Process Analyst

OverviewPosition SummaryReporting to the Commercial Process Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that internal corporate rules(financial, legal, compliance, HR, etc.) are complied with by the commercial processes and for checking thevalidity and conformity of commercial contracts.Job Responsibilities:- Commercial Contract Management: Manage and update commercial contracts in SAP and related systems, including creation, revisions, amendments, renewals, and data maintenance. Ensure contract data is accurate and up to date across systems.- Compliance & Validation: Verify completeness and correctness of contract documentation and data. Ensure alignment with internal policies, approval requirements, and audit standards. Identify and resolve inconsistencies. -- Process Execution & Improvement: Apply and support implementation of SOPs and commercial processes. Contribute to process improvements, including contract handling, billing plans, and system workflows (SAP, CPQ). -- Reporting & Data Support: Prepare and maintain operational reports (contracts, instruments, pricing data). Support data extraction and analysis to enable contract reviews and operational follow-up.- Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Service teams to resolve operational issues, support contract-related activities, and ensure alignment across stakeholders.Skills, Knowledge and Abilities (SKA):Ability to solve complex problems, persuasion, synthesis and analysis skillsRigorous / OrganizedAble to work autonomouslyComfortable with Excel, Experience with SAP and SFDCGood communication (oral and written) skillsLanguage – Italian and EnglishBachelor or Master requiredAbout us: For 70 years, Bio-Rad has been committed to innovation and transformation in the fields of science and healthcare.
