Senior Cash Management Sales Business Director

Experteer Overview
In this role you will develop and manage relationships with Italian and multinational corporate clients across Cash Management, Treasury Services and Transaction Banking. You will propose liquidity, payments and digital treasury solutions in collaboration with Coverage and Product Specialists. You will support cross-border cash pooling and treasury transformation projects and participate in international RFPs, driving new business with global clients. You will work with international teams to tailor solutions and advance commercial initiatives that align with the group’s growth objectives.Retribuzione / Benefits
- Develop commercial relationships with Italian and multinational corporate clients in Cash Management, Treasury Services and Transaction Banking
- Propose liquidity, payments and digital treasury solutions with Coverage and Product Specialists
- Support cross-border Cash Pooling and Treasury Transformation projects for clients
- Participate in international RFP and tender processes for multinational clients
- Identify business opportunities through commercial development and client portfolio analysis
- Collaborate with international teams to deliver tailor‑made solutions for global clients
- 10 years of experience in a similar role
- Expertise in Transaction Banking, Cash Management and advanced Payments & Liquidity Management solutions
- Knowledge of corporate treasury processes, payments, collections and liquidity management in multinational environments
- Experience with International Cash Pooling, Treasury Management Systems and host‑to‑host integrations
- Proven track record in commercial development and relationship management with corporate and multinational clients
- Experience with RFP/RFI processes and cross‑border Transaction Banking projects
- Proficiency in commercial analysis and pipeline management tools
- Fluent English (CEFR C1)
- Degree in Economics, Finance or related fields
- Previous international experience in payments, fintech or Global Transaction Banking is a plus
- Gross annual salary starting from 80,000
