In questo ruolo supporti la trasformazione operativa dei clienti, analizzando e ridisegnando processi chiave e identificando soluzioni tecnologiche per digitalizzare le attività. Lavorerai all’interno della divisione Consulting, collaborando con team multidisciplinari per migliorare performance e modelli operativi. Opererai su progetti presso clienti, coordinando risorse e mantenendo relazioni efficaci, in un contesto dinamico e meritocratico. L’opportunità riguarda un ruolo ibrido a Milano con focus su innovazione e crescita professionale.

- Analisi e redesign dei processi Source to Pay e Order to Cash
- Individuazione e implementazione di soluzioni per la digitalizzazione dei processi
- Gestione autonomo di progetti presso clienti e gestione delle relazioni e criticità
- Coordinamento di risorse, inclusi junior, con attività di mentoring e feedback
- Identificazione di opportunità di business e proposizione di soluzioni innovative
- Supporto allo sviluppo di nuove offerte verso i clienti
- Laurea in ingegneria, economia, informatica o discipline affini
- 3–5 anni di esperienza in ruoli simili in consulenza o aziende clienti
- Ottima conoscenza del ciclo attivo e passivo
- Esperienza nell’analisi e ottimizzazione di processi
- Capacità di redigere specifiche funzionali di alto livello
- Conoscenza di base di tecnologie low-code per analisi/automatizzazione (process mining, RPA, iBPMS)
- Conoscenza base di Javascript
- Autonomia nel condurre progetti e gestione delle relazioni con stakeholder
- Capacità di mentoring e gestione di team giovani
- Capacità di individuare opportunità di business e proporre soluzioni innovative
- Ottimo livello di inglese (parlato e scritto) per interazioni internazionali
- Comunicazione chiara ed efficace
- Lavoro di squadra e condivisione delle conoscenze
- Orientamento agli obiettivi e attenzione a qualità e tempi di consegna
