It's a bfast-track program /b with structured rotations and a clear goal: turn you into a high-performing Account Executive in 18 months, supported by a bworld-class Sales Academy /b. /p pYou'll go through 3 consecutive roles, each with clear goals, coaching and KPIs: /p ul lipb6 months - BDR SMB (Business Development Representative - Small Medium Business) /b /p ul lipLearn how to generate pipeline from scratch. /p /li lipMaster prospecting, outbound sequences, first touch and meeting setting - target Small Medium Business /p /li /ul /li lipb6 months - BDR Mid Market (Business Development Representative - Mid Market) /b /p ul lipGraduate to larger deal sizes and multi-stakeholder prospecting to build high-value Mid-Market pipeline. /p /li lipMaster strategic account mapping, personalized outbound sequences, and multi-stakeholder meeting setting targeting Mid-Market accounts. /p /li /ul /li /ul pbThe Pivot Point /b /p pAfter your first 9/12 months, based on your performance, strengths, and the skills you've mastered, you will transition into the next phase: /p ul lipb6 months - Account Executive Full-Cycle /b /p ul lipMaster the end-to-end sales cycle, closing both inbound leads and self-generated opportunities. /p /li lipRun discovery calls, deliver demos, handle objections, and close deals. /p /li lipManage qualified inbound leads from BDRs. If inbound volume drops, proactively launch your own outbound campaigns to self-book demos and keep your calendar full. /p /li lipCollaborate with Senior AEs and Sales Directors to refine closing strategies. /p /li /ul /li /ul pbThe Lexroom Pipeline Rule: /b BDRs qualify inbound leads to fill AE calendars, pivoting to outbound whenever inbound volume is low. Similarly, AEs don't just wait for BDR demos, if their calendar has gaps, they drive self-sourced outbound to book their own meetings.
