Global TechOpS oversees the entire lifecycle of the drug: from process optimization and industrialization, to manufacturing, engineering, quality oversight, and supply chain management. Throughout this journey, Operational Excellence drives continuous improvement. This end‑to‑end model is powered by our four manufacturing sites - Parma (IT), Blois (FR), Santana de Parnaíba (BR), and Nerviano (IT) - together with our Virtual Plant network of external partners. /p h3This is what you will do /h3 pYou will drive the end-to-end (E2E) planning and performance of assigned rare disease brands, balancing revenue delivery with a zero-tolerance approach to patient supply continuity. You will act as key interface between Supply Chain and Commercial teams, ensuring demand plans are translated into executable supply strategies that maximize product availability while protecting patients. The Global Brand Planner will support product-level decision-making, ensuring trade-offs prioritize patient impact while optimizing financial outcomes. /p h3Scope Organizational Impact /h3 ul liGlobal responsibility across multiple rare disease brands for E2E planning post Demand consolidation /li liStrong interface with Global and Regional Brand teams to support sustainable revenue delivery /li liDirect contribution to patient continuity, product availability, and revenue protection /li liOperates in a zero-tolerance environment for stock‑outs impacting patients /li /ul h3You will be responsible for /h3 ul liDevelop and maintain global supply plans aligned to commercial forecasts while safeguarding patient supply /li liTranslate demand signals into supply plans that ensure uninterrupted patient access and support revenue realizationillus /liliPartner closely with Brand Managers to align on demand assumptions, launch readiness, and growth scenariosus /liliIdentify and proactively manage risks to patient supply and revenue (stock‑outs, constraints, delays)us /liliCoordinate with Supply Execution, Manufacturing, and Logistics to ensure plan feasibility and robustnessus /liliSupport scenario planning to evaluate trade‑offs, prioritizing patient impact first, then financial outcomesus /liliMonitor KPIs including service level, inventory, and revenue‑at‑risk /li liSupport IBQ / SOP processes with clear articulation of patient and financial implications /li /ul h3Interaction with GRD Affiliates Business Leadership /h3 ul liCollaborate with BU Business Managers and Affiliates to ensure alignment between patient needs and market demand /li liSupport translation of global supply plans into reliable local execution /li liCommunicate supply risks with clear visibility of patient and revenue impact /li liAct as key partner to commercial teams in prioritization decisions under constraints /li /ul h3You will need to have /h3 ul liDegree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or related field /li li5–10 years pharma/biotech supply chain experience /li liExperience in planning processes (IBP / SOP) /li liExposure to global supply chains and CMO environments /li liExperience working with Commercial / Brand teams is strongly preferred /li liFamiliarity with planning tools such as SAP IBP, OMP, Kinaxis /li liLeadership Competency Profile /li liStrong business and patient-centric mindset /li liAbility to balance patient needs with commercial and financial objectives /li liEffective stakeholder management across Commercial and Operations /li liAnalytical and structured problem‑solving approach /li liAbility to operate in matrix and cross‑functional environments /li liHigh accountability in critical, patient‑impacting situations /li /ul h3Location /h3 pPreferably Parma, with the possibility of weekly remote working, or Dublin /p h3Budgeted Salary Range /h3 pThe budgeted salary range approved for this role is between €52.240 and €65.300.
