Your role 

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Intern in Design Administration to support our Design Team in executing special projects and SMU (Special Make-Up) projects. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of sportswear design and production, with exposure to both creative and operational aspects of the industry. You will play a crucial role in assisting with the day-to-day activities of the design team and ensuring the smooth flow of communication and project management across various departments.

Main responsibilities:

• Project Support: Assist the design team in managing and executing special projects and SMU projects, including coordinating timelines, resources, and project milestones.
• Design Administration : Organize and maintain project documentation, samples, mood boards, and reference materials to ensure seamless access and organization for the design team.
• Sample Management : Help with tracking sample development and provide logistical support for the creation and delivery of samples, ensuring they meet design and quality standards.
• Data Entry & Reporting : Input design-related data into tracking systems, create and update spreadsheets, and assist with the preparation of design presentations and reports.
• Collaborative Coordination : Work closely with cross-functional teams including sourcing, production, and merchandising to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery of design assets.
• Creative Support : Assist with mood board creation, design concept presentations, and participate in brainstorming sessions to support the development of new products.
• Trend Research : Conduct research on current design trends, materials, and technologies to support the creative process and provide insights to the design team.

Main requirements:

• Education : Recent graduate with a degree in Fashion Design, Graphic Design, Textile Design, or a related field such as industrial design. Please include your portfolio in the application
• Passion for Design : A keen interest in fashion and sportswear design with a strong understanding of current trends, materials, and design techniques.
• Organizational Skills : Excellent ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication : Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Technical Proficiency : Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Familiarity with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Attention to Detail : Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy and quality while working under tight deadlines.
• Problem-Solving : A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a flexible and can-do attitude towards challenges.
• Team Player : Ability to work well within a collaborative team environment and maintain positive working relationships across departments.
• Fluency in English

Salary Package

• 950 Eur Gross per month
