The role will work closely with business functions to understand pain points, map existing processes, identify opportunities for simplification, and propose practical ideas where AI and digital solutions can generate productivity, efficiency, and “oxygen” for people in the organization. /p pThe position is intended for an early-career expert profile with strong curiosity and understanding of new AI technologies, digital tools, process improvement, and business transformation. The role is expected to contribute to discovery, analysis, ideation, prototyping, adoption, and continuous improvement activities under the guidance of more senior DTPS colleagues. /p h3WHAT WE WILL DO TOGETHER /h3 ul liSupport the identification of business pain points by engaging with users, observing ways of working, collecting feedback, and deep‑diving into current processes. /li liAnalyse existing business processes to identify simplification, automation, AI enablement, and productivity improvement opportunities. /li liPropose ideas and practical use cases where AI can be embedded into standard processes to reduce manual effort, improve quality, accelerate execution, or simplify decision‑making. /li liAct as a bridge between business people, Process Owners, Digital Platform Leads, and technical teams, translating business needs into clear opportunities and solution proposals. /li liSupport the Digital Platform Leads in preparing business cases, use case descriptions, process maps, adoption plans, and benefit estimations. /li liContribute to MVPs, pilots, proof of concepts, and experimentation around AI, automation, and emerging digital technologies. /li liSupport business adoption of new digital and AI‑enabled solutions through training material, user support, communication, and change management activities. /li liHelp create a culture of innovation and continuous improvement by promoting curiosity, digital dexterity, and responsible AI adoption across functions. /li liSupport the prioritization of local requests and simplification initiatives together with Process Owners and Digital Platform Leads. /li liContribute to successful rollout of products, features, tools, and process improvements in the country. /li liHelp materialize tangible business value through simplification, time saving, process efficiency, adoption, and improved user experience. /li liSupport the development of digital capabilities in the function, helping users understand how to use AI and digital tools in a safe, compliant, and effective way. /li liParticipate in agile teams or project squads, representing the business user perspective and supporting discovery, testing, deployment, and adoption. /li liSupport productivity and efficiency initiatives through process digitalization, automation, and AI‑enabled ways of working. /li liEnsure that proposed AI and digital solutions respect GDPR, data privacy, cyber security, and responsible AI principles. /li liSupport user‑centric product and service design by collecting user feedback, testing solutions, and proposing improvements. /li liSupport release, communication, and change management activities when new tools or improvements are introduced. /li liContribute to increasing cyber security, data protection, and responsible AI awareness among business users. /li /ul h3WHAT WE OFFER YOU /h3 pA permanent contract. /p pThe annual gross base salary for this position is about 38.000€, along with extraordinary benefits: /p ul liWork‑life balance: possibility of remote work and flexible hours; /li liGrowth opportunities: we invest in your professional development by offering you the opportunity to take dedicated training courses and pursue growth paths, including cross‑functional ones /li liInclusive environment: we embrace diversity and value inclusion /li /ul h3ARE YOU THE MISSING INGREDIENT WE'RE LOOKING FOR? /h3 ul liRecommended experience: 1–3 years of professional experience, or equivalent internship, project, academic, or early work exposure; /li liExperience, internship, thesis, university project, or early work exposure related to digital transformation, Innovation, AI, automation, process improvement, data analytics, business analysis, or technology adoption is considered a plus. /li liPrevious experience in a complex, international, or matrix organization is not mandatory but considered an advantage. /li liExperience working with business users, process mapping, workshops, or digital tools is considered a plus: /li liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Digital Transformation, Data Science, Economics, Innovation Management, or similar fields. /li liSpecific university projects, thesis work, or certifications related to AI, digital transformation, automation, data analytics, or process improvement are considered a plus. /li liCertifications or training in Agile, Design Thinking, Project Management, AI fundamentals, Cyber Security, GDPR, or Microsoft technologies are considered a plus; /li liAdvanced level of Italian and English, both written and spoken; /li liAbility to communicate clearly with business and technical stakeholders; /li liThe ideal candidate combines digital curiosity, analytical thinking, business understanding, and communication skills.
