Experteer OverviewYou will lead the national commercial organization for team.Blue Italy, driving growth across Agencies, SMBs and Enterprise. You’ll implement a data-driven sales strategy, align sales with product launches, and optimize pipeline management to sustain growth and retention. You will oversee sales, support and customer success to deliver a high-quality customer experience and measurable outcomes. This role combines strategic leadership, cross-functional collaboration and a focus on scalable processes to turn opportunities into predictable results. You’ll work within a diverse, sustainability-minded team that values innovation and accountable execution.Retribuzione / BenefitsDefine and execute a data-driven sales strategy aligned with priorities and market trendsMonitor sales results and funnels to identify growth leversTrack KPIs across sales, support, and customer success for data-driven decisionsEnsure alignment between sales and product launches to enable cross-sell and upsellStructure the sales organization with clear roles and balanced accountsEstablish an operational rhythm: pipeline reviews, deal inspections, and quarterly business reviewsDrive disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecastingStandardize sales processes using proven methodologies (e.G., MEDDIC)Build and develop high-performing teams through coachingRecruit, onboard, and retain top sales and support talentPromote accountability and continuous learningOversee support and success teams to deliver excellent customer experience and retentionEnsure collaboration between sales and support balancing service quality with commercial goalsMonitor customer health metrics to prevent churnWork with Marketing to improve lead quality and conversionPartner with Product to share customer insights and ensure successful launchesCoordinate with Operations to guarantee CRM hygiene and data accuracyChampion AI and sales technology tools to improve productivity and forecasting accuracyFoster a data-driven culture through performance analysis and process reviewsSimplify incentive plans and align with company goals and behavioursResponsabilitàProven experience leading B2B SaaS or digital sales teams with leadership of complex multi-layered structuresStrong analytical mindset and data-driven approachDeep knowledge of sales processes, pipeline management, and forecastingExcellent leadership, communication, and coaching skillsProficiency with CRM and modern sales tools;
