Overview
In this role you will create exceptional visual assets across touchpoints and own delivery quality from concept to final output. You will deepen your craft in motion, graphic design, or illustration while expanding into adjacent areas, leveraging AI to accelerate concepting and production. You'll work in fast-paced, small teams to translate business goals into visually impactful work, balancing craft with urgency. Expect to influence branding across channels, drive efficient workflows, and spot opportunities to make a real impact through proactive design.

Responsabilità
- Create visual assets for paid/organic social, product visuals, brand materials, and decks
- Own quality of deliverables from brief to final output
- Develop mastery in primary design discipline and expand into adjacent areas
- Leverage AI tools to enhance concepts and accelerate production
- Deliver high-volume work across multiple projects while maintaining quality
- Make craft decisions with business context to support strategic goals
- Identify gaps and propose proactive creative initiatives
