Job Overview
Support the Country Site Activation team in the preparation, collection and tracking of regulatory and site submission documentation for clinical studies in Italy. Assist with study start‑up activities, including maintenance of essential documents, filing, and tracking of site activation timelines and milestones.
Key Responsibilities
- Gain exposure to local regulatory requirements, ethics committee processes, and clinical trial start‑up procedures, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support operational activities, data management, and process improvement initiatives within the Site Activation function.
Requirements
- Life‑Science Master Degree (mandatory).
- Prior experience in regulatory and SSU activities is a significant plus.
- Fluent in English.
- Resident in Milan and available for a hybrid office presence (2–5 days per week).
Compensation and Conditions
Internship under Regione Lombardia conditions with a fixed gross reimbursement of €900 per month. Potential base pay range for a full‑time equivalent is €25,500.00 – €38,300.00, with possible incentive plans, bonuses, and other benefits.
