The company manages opportunities across the entire asset lifecycle, combining investment expertise, infrastructure management and corporate finance capabilities to create long-term value. /p h3Offerta /h3 pReporting directly to the Transaction Director, the Financial Modeller will be responsible for supporting investment decisions through the development and management of sophisticated financial models and valuation analyses. Key responsibilities include: /p ul liBuilding and maintaining complex project finance models for renewable energy assets. /li liLeading valuation activities for projects, portfolios and acquisition opportunities. /li liPerforming scenario, sensitivity and stress-testing analyses across key investment drivers. /li liSupporting transaction execution, due diligence processes and financing activities. /li liAssessing project economics under different market and regulatory frameworks. /li liPreparing investment committee and board materials, presenting financial analyses and investment recommendations. /li liDeveloping and improving modelling standards, controls and practices across the organisation. /li liCollaborating with investment, finance, technical and asset management teams. /li liSupporting data-driven decision making through advanced analytics and financial modelling tools. /li liActing as a technical reference point and mentor for junior team members. /li /ul h3Competenze ed esperienza /h3 ul liDegree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related discipline. /li li4-8 years of experience in financial modelling, project finance, infrastructure or renewable energy investments. /li liAdvanced financial modelling and valuation capabilities. /li liStrong understanding of project finance structures, debt sizing and investment metrics (IRR, NPV, DSCR). /li liExcellent Excel and PowerPoint skills. /li liKnowledge of the energy and infrastructure market would be considered a strong advantage. /li liFamiliarity with Power BI, Python or financial automation tools is a plus. /li liFluent English and Italian. /li liStrong analytical mindset, attention to detail and communication skills. /li /ul h3Completa l'offerta /h3 ul liOpportunity to join a high-growth platform operating in a key sector of the energy transition. /li liSignificant exposure to renewable energy investments, infrastructure and MA transactions. /li liDirect interaction with senior stakeholders and decision-makers. /li liDynamic, entrepreneurial and meritocratic working environment. /li liAttractive career development opportunities. /li liHybrid working model based in Rome. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
