As Product Area Lead Lending/Leasing, you define the product vision and lead lifecycle management to align with ING’s goals and customer needs. You drive roadmap decisions, collaborate across local and global Tribes, and transform market insights into differentiated offerings. You monitor performance and steer data-driven improvements to scale the lending/leasing portfolio. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on product development in a digital banking environment.Benefits

- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends
- Collaborate across Tribes and departments (Risk, Tech, Communications & Brand, Operations) for cohesive development
- Monitor product performance and leverage data to improve success
- Minimum of 7 years of work experience
- Experience in lending and/or leasing products, from commercial and delivery perspectives
- Proven ability to deliver results in a cross-functional environment
- Experience in managing complex projects
- Knowledge of Office tools
- Analytical skills with performance monitoring experience
- Fluent English
- Degree preferably in economics
