Manufacturing Engineer Specialist

In this role, you will drive manufacturing improvements to boost efficiency and value for customers. You will work with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes and ensure safety and quality standards. You’ll lead problem solving and continuous improvement projects using Lean methodologies. You will also coach line leaders and organize training to elevate operator skills. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing
• Coordinate line balancing with team leaders to meet productivity goals
• Organize and standardize training modules (quality assurance, time and method, line balancing)
• Evaluate projects and resources to promote CI activities
• Ensure occupational safety and ergonomics standards through process validation
• Participate in process audits and monitor production quality and standards
• Improve quality control standards across production processes

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred) or Management Engineering
• 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing, production, time and methods or logistics
• Fluent in Italian and English (minimum B2)
• Knowledge of production and assembly processes
• Knowledge of Lean fundamentals (Value stream mapping, SMED, DMAIC, 6σ)
• Strong objective‑oriented mindset and good interpersonal skills
• Excellent computer skills
• Experience with automotive or industrial series production a plus
• Knowledge of SAP and Power BI a plus
