Join Technogym's R&D team in Cesena as an Electronics Laboratory Engineer. You will design and execute electrical test plans for prototype and power electronics, ensuring safety and EMC/EMI compliance while keeping lab operations efficient. You’ll support design validation through testing, analysis, and troubleshooting to drive robust product development. - Define and execute electrical test strategies for components and early-stage prototypes; perform verification and FMEA with R&D collaboration
- Validate power stages and peripherals via simulations and lab equipment, aligning with design specs
- Conduct full-prototype functional validation under diverse conditions to ensure requirements are met
- Troubleshoot EMC/EMI issues and apply design-for-compliance practices to international standards
- Maintain laboratory operations and equipment, ensuring safety and efficiency
- Produce detailed test reports and compliance documentation to support design and certification
- Master’s Degree in Engineering (Electronics or Telecommunication)
- Experience in a similar R&D or Quality role
- Fluent in English (min level B2 CEFR)
- Knowledge of IEC 60335-1, IEC 62368, IEC 60601-1, CISPR-14 / EN 55014 or similar
- Knowledge of measurement equipment and test methods for electronic testing and debugging
- Familiarity with electronic design, cable harness design, component manufacturing, and CAD/PLM/ERP tools
