You will bring curiosity, persistence, and a drive to leave no stone unturned in the search for the next bypass. /ph3What Will You Do? /h3pPrimary responsibilities include: /pulliProactively research and deeply understand the internals of the newest and most sophisticated attack techniques, and emulate these attacks to assess and improve detection engines. /liliBuild tools to support detection assessments, create proofs of concept for the newest techniques and exploits, and develop automation flows to automate unconventional attacks and offensive frameworks. /liliWork closely with the Threat Intelligence team and the research and engineering detection teams to provide guidance and highlight gaps in detection and visibility capabilities. /li /ulh3What Skills and Knowledge Will You Bring? /h3pIdeal candidates will have: /pulli4+ years of experience in Red Teaming / Security Research / Offensive Research with a deep understanding of Windows internals. /liliHands-on experience with coding in Python and C/C++. /liliDeep understanding of the malware world (how malware operates, infamous families, evasion and exploitation techniques). /liliExperience in malware analysis (statically and dynamically) and reverse engineering (x86/x64). /liliUnderstanding of existing EDRs internals. /liliExperience writing detection signatures. /liliExperience leveraging agentic AI workflows for malware analysis and detection engineering tasks (reverse engineering, code auditing, signature writing). /liliProven track record of conference speaking at security conferences or publications is an advantage. /li /ulh3Why SentinelOne? /h3pAI is redefining how the world operates and rewriting the rules of security in real time, and SentinelOne was built for this moment.
