You will work closely with development teams, UX/UI designers, data specialists, commercial colleagues and external partners to craft innovative digital solutions, streamline delivery, and bhelp drive the Group’s ambitious digital strategy forward /b. /p h3Your responsibilities will be: /h3 ul liLead product discovery and delivery for new features and services related to corporate welfare, employee management, and digital wellbeing solutions. /li liDefine, structure, and prioritize the product roadmap, including AI-powered tools and insights /li liWork within Agile teams to translate business requirements into real, iterative product deliveries. /li liCollaborate with UX/UI designers, business analysts, data specialists, and engineering teams to deliver cohesive product solutions /li liProduce clear product documentation for internal and external stakeholders /li liSupport commercial teams with technical and product insights for complex sales opportunities /li liContribute to the rollout of the platform across other Group markets, including occasional travel to European offices /li /ul h3You’ll be successful in this role if you: /h3 ul liConsistently drive impact, not just by shipping features, but by influencing how the product portfolio evolves /li liChampion customer satisfaction and platform growth through exceptional product experiences /li /ul h3What you’ll be doing (daily): /h3 ul liRunning product discovery sessions with internal stakeholders and external partners to validate ideas and surface user needs /li liWriting and refining user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation that keep engineering and design aligned /li liPrioritising the backlog and making trade-off decisions to keep delivery moving without sacrificing quality /li liJoining Agile ceremonies, removing blockers, and keeping cross-functional teams focused on outcomes /li liReviewing data and product analytics to assess feature performance and identify the next highest-impact opportunities /liliSupporting sales and commercial colleagues with product input on complex deals or client-specific requirements /li liCoordinating with Group product teams to align local roadmap items with the broader European platform strategy /li /ul h3What you should bring: /h3 ul liProven experience as a Product Manager in a technology-driven organization, with a track record that goes beyond feature delivery /li liHands-on experience with data-driven products and AI-enabled features, including an understanding of prompt engineering, context injection, and AI tool orchestration /li liExperience working across end-user interfaces, admin tools, and APIs /li liFamiliarity with product management and analytics tools (product analytics platforms, roadmap tools, or similar) /li liSolid understanding of data structures and how they interact with front-end and back-end systems /li liExperience in HR tech, welfare solutions, or AI-adjacent domains is a strong plus /li /ul h3Your language profile: /h3 pFluent in both Italian and English, written and spoken.
