You will actively contribute to the commercial plan by identifying new market opportunities, acquiring customers, and building long-term relationships. This is a hands-on, field-based role combining business development, customer engagement, and collaboration with marketing and key account teams. /ppstrongKey Responsibilities: /strong /ppDrive sales growth by acquiring new customers and following up on marketing leads /ppIdentify, develop, and nurture new and existing customer relationships to build long-term partnerships /ppConduct regular site visits within the assigned geographical area (cold visits, scheduled meetings, and technical evaluations) /ppDeliver company presentations to potential and existing clients, including at trade fairs and events /ppContribute to the commercial plan by identifying, leveraging, and nurturing sales opportunities /ppWork with Italian and international colleagues to share best practices and commercial ideas /ppDeliver outstanding customer satisfaction by responding to customer needs, handling complaints, and informing clients about new developments and BauWatch solutions /ppAdvise the Managing Director, Product Management, and Group Management on market opportunities, risks, and potential adjustments to commercial strategy based on market insights and data /ppstrongWhat we expect from you: /strong /pp3–5 years of relevant sales experience /ppPrevious experience or relationships within the construction, renewables, or security industry /ppStrong customer focus with the ability to adapt to client needs /ppIndependent and proactive, able to manage your work autonomously /ppMotivated, target-driven, and willing to go the extra mile /ppFriendly team player with a can-do attitude and strong communication skills /ppExperience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) /ppWillingness to travel within the assigned region and periodically to Milan HQ /ppstrongWhat We Offer: /strong /ppAt BauWatch, you will join a fast-growing, international organization where ambition, innovation and collaboration shape our everyday work.
