Business Development Manager - Data Center & Cloud

Concentrix Italy is recruiting on behalf of a leading technology client for a Partner Sales and Account Manager – Data Center Solutions experienced

This strategic sales role focuses on driving revenue growth across the Italian market through a network of System Integrators, Value-Added Resellers (VARs), Distributors, and Enterprise Customers, promoting advanced Data Center Infrastructure Solutions, including Servers, Storage, Computing Platforms, and Hybrid Infrastructure Technologies.

The successful candidate will leverage an established network within the Italian IT ecosystem to develop business opportunities, generate pipeline, and accelerate the adoption of enterprise infrastructure solutions.

Location: Remote, based in Rome or Central Italy area

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expand relationships with System Integrators, Value-Added Resellers, Distributors, and Channel Partners across Italy.
• Drive sales growth for Data Center Solutions, including server infrastructure, storage platforms, virtualization environments, and related technologies.
• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within Enterprise, Mid-Market, and Large Commercial Accounts.
• Build and execute joint business plans with partners to accelerate pipeline generation and revenue growth.
• Support partners throughout the sales cycle, including solution positioning, account planning, deal registration, and opportunity management.
• Engage directly with end customers to identify infrastructure modernization and digital transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with technical pre-sales teams to design and position tailored infrastructure solutions.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and manage a healthy pipeline through CRM tools.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies within the Data Center and Enterprise Infrastructure landscape.
• Represent the company at customer meetings, partner events, and industry conferences.

Profile Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B sales within the IT infrastructure market, particularly in server, storage, data center, or enterprise computing solutions.
• Strong understanding of the Italian ecosystem of System Integrators, VARs, Distributors, MSPs, and Technology Partners.
• Demonstrated success in managing channel-driven sales models and indirect go-to-market strategies.
• Experience selling solutions from one or more of the following areas:
• Enterprise Servers
• Storage Solutions
• Data Center Infrastructure
• Hyperconverged Infrastructure (HCI)
• Hybrid Cloud Solutions
• Virtualization Platforms
• AI and High-Performance Computing Infrastructure
• Established network of contacts within the Italian technology channel and enterprise market.
• Strong business development and opportunity management skills with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and executive stakeholder management capabilities.
• Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate effectively in a remote environment.
• Fluent Italian and professional English are required.

Work Model & Mobility

• Remote work based in Rome - Center Italy
• Frequent travel required to meet customers, channel partners, and system integrators.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: €45,000 - 50,000
• Performance-based bonus
