Experienced Consultant - Procurement

Overview

In this role you will shape purchasing strategy for clients across Europe within McKinsey's Operations Practice. You will solve complex problems, develop sourcing solutions, and translate insights into actionable recommendations. You'll collaborate with cross‐functional teams and mentor colleagues as you build long‐term capabilities in procurement. The role offers European exposure and a strong learning culture that accelerates leadership development. • Identify issues and develop hypotheses through client problem solving

Requisiti fondamentali

• Master's degree and exceptional academics
• Broad experience in strategic purchasing and/or supply management (global sourcing, cross‐functional category management, RfQ processes and negotiations)
• Proven leadership in work or extracurricular activities
• Willingness to relocate/undertake European assignments
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem‐solving skills
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in English and local language
