Resort F&B Director - Arbatax Park Resort & Spa

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Management of the entire F&B department as well as improvement of sales at à la carte restaurants within Arbatax Park Resort & Spa
• Implementation and ensurance of procedures in the F&B sector to run all restaurants and bars in accordance with positive regulations (sanitary, catering, etc.) rules
• Inventory control of all facilities - opening of new facilities, induction of employees at new points and setting of standards
• Manage budget and financial objectives for all F&B services
• Preparation of proposals for the department's annual business plan
• Coordination with culinary teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders
• Monitor customer satisfaction and address service quality issues
• Lead and develop a team of managers and staff
• Drive menu innovation and update offerings based on market trends
• Analysis of food and beverage cost, focus on use of goods, implementation of improvement processes, f ood cost controlling in accordance to budget
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulation
• Supervision of rotations with focus on labor cost and productivity
• Participation in new company projects

OUR EXPECTATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in food and beverage operations.
• Proven leadership experience in a multi-unit capacity
• Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance
• Exceptional financial acumen with budget management experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

For this position, a monthly net salary between € 2,500 and € 3,000 is foreseen. The actual compensation will be determined based on your qualifications, professional experience, and expertise.
