Experteer Overview
You will lead category sourcing to secure optimal contracts and a robust supplier base, ensuring capacity alignment and adherence to brand quality and sustainability standards. Work with Compliance to audit supplier performance and integrate with Product Development, Planning, Compliance, and Quality teams. You will analyze trends, manage risks, and drive sourcing for new collections. This role offers impact across supply strategy, supplier relationships, and sustainability initiatives.Responsibilities
- Define and execute the sourcing strategy for the assigned category
- Negotiate framework contracts, prices, and commercial terms with suppliers
- Assess and monitor supplier production and quality capabilities
- Identify and develop new sourcing opportunities aligned with brand requirements
- Collaborate with Product Development, Planning, Compliance and Quality teams to align objectives
- Analyze market trends and supply chain risks
- Prepare and conduct supplier performance reviews with Procurement Manager and other departments
- Ensure purchasing of materials for new collections
- 5+ years of experience in Strategic Purchasing, ideally in fashion/luxury
- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
- Knowledge of market dynamics related to the assigned category
- Strong command of Excel and Power BI (or equivalent tools)
- English level B2 minimum;
French knowledge is a plus
