Senior Sourcing manager - Supplier Quality Engineering EICE

In this role you will lead a global team of Supplier Quality Engineers to drive quality across the Electrification (MV and HV) commodity. You’ll partner with procurement, engineering, and suppliers to ensure compliance with specs, lead corrective actions, and promote best practices. You’ll shape processes, mentor engineers, and foster cross‑functional collaboration to deliver high‑quality, reliable electrification solutions. • Lead and develop a diverse team of SQEs across regions
• Coordinate supplier qualification with procurement and engineering
• Conduct supplier capability assessments, root cause analysis, preventive/corrective actions, audits, and performance monitoring
• Ensure compliance to engineering and customer specifications across functions and locations
• Develop new product code structure for Electrification extended scope (MV and HV) including quality requirements
• Assess electrification suppliers based on commodity scouting activity
• Foster intracompany supplier synergy and cross‑functional collaboration
• Participate in supplier business reviews with cross‑functional teams
• Implement supplier quality tools and processes for quality engineers, stakeholders, and suppliers
• Coach and mentor team members to strengthen hard and soft skills

• Engineering degree (5 years)
• Significant experience in Supplier Quality Engineering or Quality
• Proven knowledge of Electrical Systems
• Proven leadership capabilities
• Experience driving corrective actions with large global suppliers
• English fluent
• Willingness to travel up to 40% (domestic and international)
