Unisciti a noi per contribuire a far funzionare ciò che fa funzionare il mondo. /p h3Questa Posizione Risponde a /h3 pMarketing Manager - Product /p h3Your Role And Responsibilities /h3 pWe are seeking a Product Marketing Specialist for our Electrification – ELDS Business Line in the Local Division based in Dalmine (BG), who will perform a 12 months job rotation in the Product Marketing teams of Medium Voltage Switchgears and Grid Components. /p pYou will have the opportunity to implement product marketing strategies in line with global product strategy in assigned area to meet business objectives. Each day, you will implement marketing activities and support Sales organization in driving sales and services for respective products. You will also showcase your expertise by driving sales efficiency by providing appropriate product knowledge information and training. /p pThis role is contributing to the Electrification, Distribution Solutions, Switchgear and Grid Components Product Marketing Specialist. /p pIn this role, you’ll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for: /p ul liImplementing the product marketing strategy in the assigned area/segment, including defining and communicating product value propositions and product positioning in accordance with the global product marketing strategy. /li liAchieving product marketing targets and budgets by overseeing progress regularly and defining and implementing improvement plans as needed. /li liFocusing on achievement of orders and driving continuous improvement in the Net Promoter Score (NPS). /li liExecuting annual marketing plan in collaboration with relevant division and/or product groups. /li liDeveloping business plans focused on driving business development for a defined market. /li /ul h3Qualifications For The Role /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering; Energy, Electrical and Industrial are preferred; /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skill, with a strong ability to work in Team /li liAdvanced knowledge of Office, Excel in particular; /li liWillingness to travel /li liProblem solving, willingness to work in a multicultural team and motivation will complete your profile; /li liYou are at ease communicating in Italian and English, both written and spoken. /li /ul h3Compensation Package /h3 pAs part of our commitment to transparency, we want to share the compensation details for this position: /p pApplicable CBA: Metalmeccanico /p pMinimum annual salary: €36.000,00 /p pVariable Pay: Eligible for Company Productivity Bonus /p pThe offer will be tailored based on your role location, experience, skills and qualifications, internal market positioning and alignment with ABB internal standards. /p h3Benefits As Per Policy /h3 ul liFlexible working hours, hybrid work options, and a strong focus on work-life integration and Wellbeing support for employees and their families /li liWelfare plan with a wide range of personalized services /li liCanteen or meal vouchers provided /li /ul h3More About Us /h3 pABB's Distribution Solutions Division facilitates the efficient and reliable distribution, protection and control of power by improving electric power quality while strengthening the resilience of the grid.
