Product Marketing Manager _international Wiring Devices

Overview

In this role you drive the growth of Gewiss's Building Business by guiding the development and launch of international Wiring Devices solutions. You work with cross-functional teams to tailor offerings for BS and/or DIN VDE markets, shaping value propositions and go-to-market plans. You'll oversee product lifecycle from concept to market, aligning with global strategy and local needs. You partner across marketing, R&D, and operations to deliver impactful, standards-compliant products that scale internationally.

Responsabilità

• Market Analysis: assess market size, competition, and regulatory needs with global and local insights; identify opportunities and support customer engagement through events and channels.
• Product Management: craft international marketing strategies and value propositions; collaborate with Product Specialists, R&D, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to ensure market requirements are met; support business plans and launch plans with cross-functional teams.
• Product Lifecycle Management: supervise portfolio performance; optimize product mix and manage phase-outs; ensure alignment with regional roadmaps and market positioning.

Requisiti fondamentali

• 4-5 years in Product Marketing in electrical/electrotechnical industries (Wiring devices, domestic series, electrical installations)
• Knowledge of British Standard and/or German Standard
• Experience designing and executing go-to-market strategies and marketing mixes
• Fluent in English and Italian; German knowledge is a plus
