JOB ROLE LE: Support the execution of the Brand Education program by contributing to the organization and management of training activities (seminars, ISTs, internal trainings such as Train the Trainer, meetings) and cross-functional initiatives with other departments. Ensure effective coordination among internal teams, trainers, and external suppliers to guarantee the flawless delivery of educational events. Provide support to the Education Manager with channel analysis and sales performance monitoring. Contract: 9 months fixed-term contract of maternity cover. KEY ACTIVITIES Education Activi ties Manage the operational execution of Education seminars, including material distribution, team invitations, shipment tracking, material checks, and record-keeping Coordinate shipments of Education materials Plan and manage trainers’ schedules, both online and on-site Create and maintain the education calendar and update it within internal management systems Organize logistics for Train the Trainer (TTT) sessions and internal team trainings Collaborate with the Education Manager in drafting and managing trainers’ contracts Support the creation of internal presentations (Power Point) and channel performance analyses Event Management Coordinate Education activities during consumer events, including stylist scouting and operational/logistical support with the Consumer team Scout, select, and manage hotels for events involving the training team Provide operational support for Trade/Retail events when required KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCES Strong organizational and time management skills Solid project management capabilities High attention to detail Proactive mindset with the ability to work autonomously Problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure Active listening and excellent communication skills Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic environments Intermediate proficiency in Excel Excellent command of the English language (preferred B1/B2 level) Previous experience in event organization or training/education environments is considered an advantage We offer: 9 months fixed-term contract of maternity cover minimum monthly gross salary: €1990.88 A dynamic environment in a fast-growing company; Training and lifelong learning Personal computer and smartphone; Welfare package including restaurant tickets and health care Accountability: performance system based on individual targets, evaluated year by year Smart working: 6 days per month; Alternative Fridays to end the week VALUES We at ghd are proudly committed to our Company Values , and aim to attract and retain employees who live our values: Collaborative – We work together to create the extraordinary Creative – We foster creativity and excellence to create value for our brands and business Courageous – We are agile, entrepreneurial and own our future Connected – We stay connected and ensure we are always consumer first Committed – We are responsible for our impact on others and the planet #J-18808-Ljbffr
