In questa posizione lavorerai nel team Commerce di Deloitte a Milano, guidando la progettazione e l'implementazione di soluzioni di AI conversazionale per e-commerce. Userai NLP/LLM per migliorare i customer journeys e i processi di vendita, con forte attenzione all'integrazione con Google Cloud. Collaborerai con ingegneri senior, data scientist e business analyst, contribuendo a progetti complessi e fornendo documentazione tecnica di alto livello. Questarole offre opportunità di plasmare l'esperienza d'acquisto online tramite soluzioni innovative di IA in un contesto ibrido.

Responsabilità
- Progettare, sviluppare e implementare soluzioni di AI conversazionale per e-commerce
- Applicare NLP per casi d'uso di vendita e assistenza clienti
- Prototipare e testare soluzioni IA con codice robusto e scalabile
- Sviluppare strategie di prompt engineering e gestione del contesto per LLM
- Analizzare dati per valutare prestazioni dei modelli e ricavare insights
- Lavorare con Google Cloud Platform e strumenti correlati
- Collaborare con ingegneri, data scientist e business analyst per tradurre requisiti in soluzioni tecniche
- Redigere documentazione tecnica (design, test plans, user guides)
Requisiti fondamentali
- 2 anni di esperienza professionale in sviluppo software, AI/ML engineering o ruolo tecnico correlato
- competenza in almeno un linguaggio di programmazione moderno
- esperienza o forte comprensione del prompt engineering per LLM e gestione del contesto
- esperienza con Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- forte interesse per l'e-commerce e applicazioni IA
- forti capacità analitiche e di problem-solving
- ottime capacità di comunicazione scritta e orale
- comunicazione efficace
