Overview
In questo ruolo, sarai responsabile di progettare soluzioni end-to-end su ServiceNow, guidando l'implementazione tecnica all'interno di progetti trasversali. Lavorerai a stretto contatto con PM, Technical Leader, Consultant e Developer per assicurare coerenza con best practice e architetture di riferimento. Definirai l'architettura, considerando moduli, integrazioni e modello dati, e guiderai la realizzazione dal punto di vista tecnico. Sarai referente per scelte architetturali e qualità delle soluzioni, contribuendo anche a definire standards e best practice. Responsabilità
- Analizzare esigenze e vincoli del cliente per tradurli in soluzioni ServiceNow efficaci e sostenibili
- Definire l'architettura delle soluzioni includendo capability, moduli, architettura tecnica, modello dati, security e integrazioni
- Guidare la realizzazione tecnica delle soluzioni, supportando il team in scelte progettuali e svolgendo review
- Collaborare con Project Manager e Technical Leader per garantire coerenza tra architettura e delivery
- Interfacciarti con stakeholder tecnici del cliente per presentare e motivare le soluzioni progettate
- Contribuire alla definizione di standard, linee guida e best practice per qualità e manutenibilità
- Partecipare allo sviluppo dell'offering ServiceNow e definire soluzioni in fase di presales e risposte a gare
Requisiti fondamentali
- Almeno 6 anni di esperienza su progetti ServiceNow con responsabilità di progettazione e realizzazione
- Conoscenza ampia della piattaforma ServiceNow e delle sue principali capability, con solide competenze tecniche
- Esperienza in progettazione di soluzioni complesse multi-modulo e con integrazioni a sistemi esterni
- Capacità di valutare alternative architetturali considerando requisiti, vincoli, sicurezza, performance e manutenibilità
- Capacità di guidare team tecnici e figure specialistiche con approccio operativo hands-on
- Ottime capacità di analisi, comunicazione e presentazione tecnica agli stakeholder
- Buona conoscenza lingua inglese
- CSA (Certified System Administrator) ServiceNow
- CIS - Data Foundations (CMDB and CSDM)
- Almeno 2 certificazioni CIS in IT/Security & Risk/Core Business Suite/CRM
- Nice to have: certificazioni ServiceNow avanzate (CTA/CMA)
- Esperienza su più aree funzionali della piattaforma
- Partecipazione a attività di presales o response a gare
