Overview
In questa posizione, sarai il riferimento per la practice Kinaxis all'interno di un'importante programma di Demand e Supply Chain Planning. Lavorerai su progetti complessi presso un key account nazionale/internazionale, guidando la delivery e coordinando un piccolo team di consulenti. Avrai un ruolo cruciale nel trasformare le esigenze di business in soluzioni Kinaxis Maestro e nel garantire la qualità della delivery. L'opportunità combina competenza funzionale, gestione cliente e crescita della practice in un contesto innovativo e ad alto profilo.

Responsabilità
- Coordinare i processi di Demand Planning e di Supply Chain Planning del cliente
- Supportare la definizione e il miglioramento di forecast, demand plan, KPI e modelli previsionali
- Analizzare trend, stagionalità, forecast accuracy, bias e driver di business
- Supportare processi S&OP/IBP e scenario planning
- Gestire attività progettuali su Kinaxis Maestro traducendo esigenze di business in requisiti funzionali
- Coordinare attività, priorità, scadenze e criticità progettuali
- Gestire la relazione con stakeholder senior lato cliente
- Coordinare funzionalmente un piccolo team di consulenti
- Supportare test, UAT, go-live ed evolutive
- Contribuire allo sviluppo della practice Kinaxis attraverso condivisione di competenze e attività di presales
Requisiti fondamentali
- Esperienza significativa in Demand Planning o Supply Chain Planning
- Esperienza progettuale su Kinaxis Maestro
- Conoscenza di processi di Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP e/o IBP
- Esperienza o attitudine al coordinamento di piccoli team
- Buona conoscenza dei KPI di Demand Planning
- Ottime capacità relazionali e di problem solving
- Inglese professionale
- Plus: certificazioni Kinaxis e progetti internazionali / presales
