In questa ruolo, come Solution Architect, guiderai un team e curerai le relazioni con i clienti per progettare soluzioni avanzate di planning della supply chain. Supporterai trasformazioni digitali complesse e lavori in un team multi-geo di esperti di supply chain e tecnologia. Sarai parte integrante dello sviluppo dell'offering e delle attività di vendita, contribuendo a guidare progetti strategici con Kinaxis Maestro o soluzioni simili. Questa posizione offre l'opportunità di formare un impatto reale sul business dei clienti e sull'evoluzione della practice di Deloitte.
Responsabilità
- Progettare e guidare soluzioni di supply chain planning con Kinaxis Maestro o soluzioni analoghe
- Guidare un team e condividere know-how con il cliente per sviluppare il business
- Gestire relazioni con i clienti favorendo trasformazioni di planning complesse
- Accompagnare trasformazioni digitali complesse nel contesto di progetti multi-geo
- Supportare lo sviluppo dell'offering e della practice in servizi e tecnologie
- Supportare le attività commerciali e le fasi di selling cycle
Requisiti fondamentali
- Fluente in inglese
- Precedente esperienza in società di consulenza o SW house
- Conoscenza approfondita dei processi di planning
- Conoscenza di Kinaxis, SAP IBP, Blue Yonder o9 (almeno uno)
- Pregressa esperienza nel ruolo di Solution Architect
- Capacità di leadership e gestione di team
- Orientamento al cliente e delle relazioni
- Comunicazione efficace
- Kinaxis Maestro o soluzioni di planning simili
