Passionate for brand management roles that allow to drive robust consumer business insights into in-market excellence? /ppIf so, this Senior Brand Management role could be an exciting opportunity to explore. /ppAs Senior Brand Manager Respiratory Therapeutic Skin Health, you will play a critical role in driving market execution excellence and business performance across a portfolio of leading Consumer Healthcare brands. /ppThe role combines strong commercial ownership with brand activation leadership, ensuring global strategies are effectively translated into superior in-market execution and sustainable growth. /ppYou will be accountable for delivering business objectives through rigorous management of brand performance, PL, forecasting, investment optimization, and cross-functional execution while acting as a key integrator across Marketing, ComEx, Sales, Finance, Supply, Medical, Regulatory and external partners. /ppSuccess in this role requires a strong balance of analytical thinking, commercial acumen, executional excellence and stakeholder leadership. /ppThis role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include: /ph3Business Ownership Performance Management: /h3ulliOwn delivery of annual brand business objectives, including sales, market share, profit and key performance indicators. /liliMonitor business performance, identifying risks and opportunities and developing corrective action plans. /liliOversee brand PL and marketing budget management, ensuring optimal return on investment and compliance with company processes. /liliContribute to consumption forecasting and business planning activities in close partnership with ComEx, Finance, Sales and Supply Chain teams. /li /ulh3Market Analytics Insight Generation /h3ulliDrive in-depth analysis of market, consumer, customer and competitive performance to generate actionable business recommendations. /liliLeverage internal and external data sources to identify growth opportunities, emerging trends and performance gaps. /liliRun robust performance tracking framework to monitor activation effectiveness and investment efficiency. /li /ulh3Brand Activation Market Execution /h3ulliLead implementation of activation plans aligned with global strategies. /liliEnsure flawless execution of consumers initiatives across touchpoints. /liliAdapt and localize global campaigns, toolkits and innovation programs to maximize impact in the local market. /liliPartner with Digital, Shopper Marketing, Media and Creative agencies to ensure best-in‑class execution. /liliMonitor activation effectiveness and continuously optimize plans based on performance data and learnings. /li /ulh3Cross Functional Leadership /h3ulliAct as business interface between cross-functional teams to ensure - alignment and execution excellence. /liliBuild strong collaborative relationships with Commercial, OU, Finance, Medical, Regulatory, Supply Chain and external partners. /li /ulh3Basic Qualifications: /h3ulliBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or related. /lili7+ years of experience across Brand Marketing, Category Management and Commercial roles within Consumer Healthcare, FMCG or OTC industries. /liliProven track record of delivering business results through effective execution and performance management. /liliStrong analytical acumen with proven ability to translate data into business decisions and actions. /liliExperience managing business performance, PL and marketing investments. /liliExperience leading cross-functional projects and influencing stakeholders within a matrix organization. /liliAbility to navigate ambiguity, prioritize effectively and drive execution in a fast‑paced environment. /liliStrong learning agility, resilience and growth mindset. /liliExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills. /liliFluent in Italian and English. /li /ulh3Preferred Qualifications: /h3ulliMaster's degree or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
