Our global reach and strong local presence enable us to offer these diverse clients tailor‑made services and respond to rapid changes in mature or emerging markets alike. /p pOur 3 expertise: /p ul liAsset management /li liEnergy supply , providing green energy innovative solutions /li liRisk management market access /li /ul pAt SEM we encourage breakthrough results, team spirit, curiosity and innovation while preserving the right work/life balance for you. /p pWhat will you do? /p pUnder the supervision of the Head of Business Development Sustainability, you will structure and develop the Green Power, Data Center and BESS flexibility business (structuring, building commercial pipeline and closing deals) focusing on: /p ul libData Center: /bDevelop Engie’s proposal for Data Center, structuring co‑siting (with Flex/ thermal/PV assets) solutions to supply Data Center; /li libHybrid PPA (PV, Wind, Bess) /b: Develop hybrid PPA solution targeting a 24/7 solutions for mature clients and data centers; /li libGreen Power PPAs /b: Develop from onboarding, structuring, managing the client’s relationship, negotiating terms till internal governance committees preparation and validation and deal signature opportunities in Italian Upstream PPA with third party developer and with Engie projects; /li liCooperate with Downstream sales team in structuring and drafting the downstream PPA offers; /li libBESS/Flex Tolling /b: Develop from onboarding, structuring, managing the client’s relationship, negotiating terms till internal governance committees preparation and validation and deal signature BESS tolling/flex optimization opportunities with third party developers; /li liFull comprehension of the pricing methodologies and models and collaboration to the development of the relevant models in close collaboration with the power portfolio and pricing team; /li liFollow legislative and market structural changes in the Italian markets impacting SEM green power and flexibility business; /li liProvide technical market knowledge and commercial support to implement contracts properly, while ensuring a very good coordination of the different stakeholders/counterparties involved. /li /ul pThis is a front office role, working in a dynamic trading floor environment and in close collaboration with trading, quants, risk, legal, and other origination teams. /p pABOUT YOU /p ul libMore than 5 years of experience in the energy market, with relevant experience in structured origination. /bTrack record in Italian green power with track record in structured deals negotiated and signed . /li /ul ul liMaster degree in quantitative discipline (engineering, economics, finance, etc.). /li /ul ul liSolid knowledge of the Italian power system, markets and regulatory context. /li /ul ul liKnowledge of pricing models, risk metrics, physical and financial energy products and contracts (PPA, Tolling, etc.), main master agreements. /li /ul ul libStructuring and negotiation skills /b /li /ul ul liStrong analytical skills. /li /ul ul liResult‑oriented, hands‑on approach and ability to manage multiple workflows. /li /ul ul liReliable, rigorous and detail‑oriented. /li /ul ul liOriented towards cross‑functional collaboration, with the ability to understand and exploit the activities of other teams in order to successfully carry out negotiations requiring internal approvals. /li /ul ul liTeam player, communicate easily and ability to interact/cooperate with a variety of different profiles (portfolio manager, legal, analysts, sales, risks, credit, support functions, etc.). /li /ul ul liLanguages. /li /ul ul liFluent in English and Italian. /li /ul pType of contract: /p pPermanent contract according to local lawbr/The gross annual salary for the role ranges between €71.000 and €78.000, depending on experience and level of seniority.br/ /p pABOUT ENGIE /p pWorking at ENGIE, a multinational group, means having a wide variety of career opportunities in more than 30 countries.
