Our global reach and strong local presence enable us to offer these diverse clients tailor-made services and respond to rapid changes in mature or emerging markets alike.Our 3 expertise:Asset managementEnergy supply , providing green energy & innovative solutionsRisk management & market accessAt S&EM we encourage breakthrough results, team spirit, curiosity and innovation while preserving the right work/life balance for you.What will you do?Under the supervision of the Head of Business Development & Sustainability, you will structure and develop the Geen Power, Data Center and BESS flexibility business (structuring, building commercial pipeline and closing deals) focusing on:Data Center: Develop Engie’s proposal for Data Center, structuring co-siting (with Flex/ thermal/PV assets) solutions to supply Data Center;Hybrid PPA (PV, Wind, Bess): Develop hybrid PPA solution targeting a 24/7 solutions for mature clients and data centers;Green Power PPAs: Develop from onboarding, structuring, managing the client’s relationship, negotiating terms till internal governance committees preparation and validation and deal signature opportunities in Italian Upstream PPA with third party developer and with Engie projects;Cooperate with Downstream sales team in structuring and drafting the downstream PPA offers;BESS/Flex Tolling: Develop from onboarding, structuring, managing the client’s relationship, negotiating terms till internal governance committees preparation and validation and deal signature BESS tolling/flex optimization opportunities with third party developers;Full comprehension of the pricing methodologies and models and collaboration to the development of the relevant models in close collaboration with the power portfolio and pricing team;Follow legislative and market structural changes in the Italian markets impacting S&EM green power and flexibility business;Provide technical market knowledge and commercial support to implement contracts properly, while ensuring a very good coordination of the different stakeholders/counterparties involved.This is a front office role, working in a dynamic trading floor environment and in close collaboration with trading, quants, risk, legal, and other origination teams.ABOUT YOUMore than 5 years of experience in the energy market, with relevant experience in structured origination. Track record in Italian green power with track record in structured deals negotiated and signed .Master degree in quantitative discipline (engineering, economics, finance, etc.).Solid knowledge of the Italian power system, markets and regulatory context. Knowledge of pricing models, risk metrics, physical and financial energy products and contracts (PPA, Tolling, etc.), main master agreements.Structuring and negotiation skillsStrong analytical skills.Result-oriented, hands-on approach and ability to manage multiple workflows.Reliable, rigorous and detail-oriented.Oriented towards cross-functional collaboration, with the ability to understand and exploit the activities of other teams in order to successfully carry out negotiations requiring internal approvals.Team player, communicate easily and ability to interact/cooperate with a variety of different profiles (portfolio manager, legal, analysts, sales, risks, credit, support functions, etc.).Languages.Fluent in English and Italian.Type of contract:Permanent contract according to local lawThe gross annual salary for the role ranges between 71.000 and 78.000, depending on experience and level of seniority.
