Personal Assistant At Boyden (Milan, Italy)

We are looking for a professional, highly motivated and organized Personal Assistant for our Milan office.

As Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the Managing Director and the team with day-to-day operations, including:

• Liaising with different stakeholders (clients, suppliers, candidates, Boyden colleagues worldwide);
  
  
• Preparing business proposals, candidates’ profiles & dossiers, documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations in Italian and English;
  
  
• Organizing and maintaining diaries, making appointments and organizing meetings and interviews both in Italy and abroad;
  
  
• Arranging travel itineraries and accommodation;
  
  
• Devising and maintaining back-office processes, including data management and filing;
  
  
• Maintaining highest levels of internal and external confidentiality.
• Reception duties and incoming calls;
  
  

The ideal candidate has 3/5 years of experience in similar roles, speaks fluent Italian and English (additional languages would be a plus) and is proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite.

The office is located in the centre of Milan (Missori).

The search is urgent and immediate availability is preferred.

Full-time contract.

Base salary range: € 30k/€ 50k, with flexibility for particularly outstanding candidates
