ph3Context /h3 pWe’re looking for a Portfolio PMO to build and lead our Professional Services governance framework and enable data-driven decision‑making at scale. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDefine and implement portfolio governance frameworks (status reporting, RAG, escalation paths) /li liMaintain a consolidated view of portfolio performance (risks, dependencies, financials) /li liDesign and own KPI frameworks across delivery, financial performance, and operations /li liDevelop dashboards and reporting to support executive decision‑making /li liStandardise processes, templates, and tools across regions /li liEnsure data accuracy and a reliable single source of truth /li liSupport PS Managers and Project Managers with best practices and governance guidelines /li liDrive continuous improvement of PMO processes and maturity /li /ul h3Key skills and requirements /h3 ul li7–10+ years in PMO, portfolio management, or delivery operations /li liExperience in SaaS, Professional Services, or consulting environments /li liStrong exposure to governance frameworks, KPI design, and executive reporting /li liExperience managing multi‑project / multi‑country environments /li liKPI definition and performance tracking /li liRisk and escalation management /li liFinancial and delivery performance analysis /li liDashboarding and data modelling (Excel, BI tools) /li liProcess standardisation optimisationFamiliarity with PM tools (Jira, Smartsheet, Monday.com, etc.) /li liProfessional working proficiency in Italian language /li liProficient in English, both in written and verbal communication /li liFrench is a plus /li /ul h3Mindset /h3 ul liHighly structured and analytical /li liProactive and forward‑looking /li liStrong influencer without formal authority /li liExecution‑ and outcome‑driven /li liHigh level of transparency and integrity /li liAble to operate at both detail and strategic portfolio level /li /ul h3What can you expect from us? /h3 ul liSpace and encouragement to suggest ideas and solutions /li liInternational and multicultural environment /li liInternal Academy which is enriched day by day /li liAmazing events from our Happiness Committee /li /ul h3Equal Opportunity /h3 ul liThe Trace One group is an equal opportunities employer. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
