Sales Manager - Cold Chain Data Loggers (Italy)

To accelerate our European expansion, we are seeking a hunter-style Key Account Manager to drive sales of our full data logger and monitoring product line across Italy. /ph3Role Overview /h3pThis role focuses on selling Elitech's complete portfolio of temperature and humidity data loggers and IoT monitoring solutions in Italy's cold chain sector. You will map the market, build customer-specific sales strategies, and execute on the ground to grow our presence - turning prospects into long-term, repeat customers. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliDrive sales of Elitech's full product portfolio, with a core focus on cold chain data loggers and IoT-based monitoring systems. /liliMap and penetrate Italy's cold chain market across food processing, fruit vegetable logistics, food cold storage, third-party logistics (3PL), pharmaceutical distribution, and supermarket/food retail refrigeration sectors. /liliDevelop and grow customer relationships by replacing incumbent local and international brands, expanding market share and sales performance through volume sales of data loggers and monitoring hardware. /liliDevelop tailored sales strategies for different customer segments, from high-volume USB logger deployments for logistics fleets to enterprise-grade wireless monitoring systems for cold storage facilities and retail chains. /liliMonitor competitor activities and industry trends; provide timely market intelligence to adjust pricing, product positioning, and sales tactics. /liliRepresent Elitech at industry trade shows and exhibitions (fresh produce, pharmaceutical logistics, refrigeration) to generate leads and close deals. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor's degree or above, preferably in Electronic Science Technology, Information Engineering, IoT Engineering, Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or related fields. /lili3+ years of B2B sales experience in the local market, with a proven track record of selling data loggers, monitoring hardware, or IoT devices in the pharmaceutical cold chain (storage, transportation, manufacturing) or food cold chain sectors. /lili3+ years of experience in cold chain-related industries; candidates with direct data logger / temperature monitoring product sales experience are strongly preferred. /liliSolid knowledge of Italy's cold chain ecosystem and proven ability to open new business and manage ongoing customer relationships. /liliWilling to travel domestically — approximately two weeks per month visiting customers across the country. /liliStrong communication and negotiation skills; fluent in local language with good English proficiency (both written and spoken). /li /ulh3What We Offer /h3ulliCompetitive compensation package with performance-based incentives commensurate with experience. /liliThe opportunity to build and grow Italy's market for a globally recognized cold chain monitoring brand. /liliProduct and sales training on Elitech's full data logger portfolio, with clear career development within our international sales organization. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
