You will play a key role in supporting healthcare professionals in achieving better patient outcomes while positioning yourself as a trusted partner across your territory.This role offers a unique opportunity to combine strategic account management with hands‑on clinical support, working closely with your Regional Sales Manager to drive growth and customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement the commercial strategy across Toscana & Umbria, driving revenue growth and profitabilityIdentify and develop new business opportunities within both public and private healthcare sectorsBuild strong relationships with key decision‑makers and provide high‑level technical and commercial supportPromote the Orthopedics and Sports Medicine portfolio through product presentations, demos, and on‑site supportManage the full tender process, from pre‑tender preparation to post‑award follow‑up, coordinating with internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Logistics)Ensure accurate and timely updates in the CRM system to track opportunities and pipeline progressSupport product installations, commissioning, and clinical training sessionsContribute to new product launches and market development initiativesYour ProfileDegree in a scientific field (or equivalent experience)Proven experience in medical device sales (field‑based role)Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsAbility to combine strategic selling with clinical expertiseExcellent communication and relationship‑building skillsGood command of written and spoken EnglishWhat We OfferCompetitive fixed salary with performance‑based incentive planCompany carLaptop, smartphone, and tabletHealth insuranceWhy Join Us?We are committed to investing in our people and providing the tools and training needed for success.
