In order to perform the role, you should be self-motivated, creative and proactive, able to work successfully in a dynamic environment that includes multiple platforms and architectures, technologies and work environments. Together with your team, you will take care of the management of Continuous Improvement and problem solving projects in the manufacturing fields, respecting the rules of Lean Thinking. You will also have the task of increasing production efficiency and identifying effective measures aimed at increasing the value for our customers. As part of the role, you will be involved in projects aiming at improving Plant Standards and helping team leaders in the correct technical training of line operators. Together with the other business areas (RD, TM, QA, etc.) you will have the task of optimizing and monitoring production processes, production cycles and quality and technological standards while guaranteeing the safety standards of our production process. /ph3YOUR IMPACT /h3ulliManage Problem Solving activities (6σ, Kaizen, etc ...) related to production /liliManage continuous improvement activities in production /liliManage line balances together with team leaders based on productivity needs, available resources and specific process criticalities /liliOrganize training sessions (quality assurance, time and method and balancing of lines) and generate, standardize and improve training modules /liliEvaluate projects and resources needed to promote Continuous Improvement activities /liliEnsure that occupational safety and ergonomics standards are met through the validation of manufacturing processes, equipment, masks, etc /liliParticipate in process audit /liliImprove quality control standard /li /ulh3ABOUT YOU /h3pIdeally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical with a strong team-player mindset. /ppWhat you should bring: /pulliDegree in Mechanical or Management Engineering, with a course of study focused on production and logistics /lili1-2 year's of previous experience in a similar role or in manufacturing, production, time and methods or logistics areas /liliFluent in Italian and English (minimum level required B2 CEFR) /liliKnowledge of production processes and assembly processes /liliKnowledge of Lean fundamentals (Value stream map, SMED, DMAIC process, 6σ, lean activities) /liliOrientation to achieve objectives /liliGood interpersonal skills /liliExcellent computer skills /liliAn important plus is the candidate coming from Automotive or Industrial companies with series production, characterized by complexity and focused on continuous improvement and problem solving /liliKnowledge of SAP and Power BI will be considered a plus /li /ulh3COMPENSATION /h3pWe believe great work deserves great recognition.
