Move with us for a better world! /p h3Your Role /h3 pWe are looking for a proactive, creative, and curious bProduct Industrialization Engineer /b with design and manufacturing competencies and passion to join the Industrialization staff in our HQ (Italy-Cesena). The person will work in cross‑functional team and cooperate with all departments to develop new products and maintain them along the lifecycle. Work in presence is needed. /p h3Your Impact /h3 ul liDevelop and design mechanical solutions in collaboration with internal departments and suppliers /li liRe‑engineering to cost reduction and problem solving /li liDevelop and define technical standard solutions for new products in order to achieve Quality, Safety and target Cost /li liPromote DFMA (Design for Manufacturing and Assembly) /li liFind new solutions, technologies or suppliers /li liGrant the development of innovative product packaging industrial design concepts that enhance consumer unpacking experience, logistics efficiency including ship, truck, and warehouses. /li liGrant connection between RD and Process Engineering Department in order to have the best product with the best manufacturing process /li liCollaborate closely with internal stakeholders, mainly product development, style center, marketing, purchasing, process engineering and logistic teams. /li liCoordinate internal and external resources by planning activities and monitoring progress /li /ul h3About You /h3 pIdeally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down‑to‑earth and ethical. You are results and customer‑driven and strive to continuously improve. /p h3What You Should Bring /h3 ul liMechanical, Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Technical diploma /li liProblem‑solving abilities and FMEA user /li liKnowledge of DTC (Design to Cost), DTR / DFQ (Design for Reliability / Quality) /li liAttention to details /li liKnowledge of the main manufacturing technologies and assembly /li liKnowledge of mechanical design and 3D CAD systems, preferably PTC Creo /li liKnowledge of Office packages in particular Excel /li liTeam Player /li liStrong practical sense /li liGood level of Italian and English /li liAvailable for business trips /li /ul h3Compensation Data /h3 pWe believe great work deserves great recognition. For this role, we offer an annual gross salary (RAL) between €35,000 and €45,000, based on your level of experience, technical skills, and scope of responsibilities, in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici).
