Adecco Italia, filiale Milano Sales & Merchandising, ricerca per Azienda Cliente, leader nel settore Automotive, una figura da inserire come: Customer Support Retention & Lead Management Project Support La risorsa Aftersales Retention & Lead Management Support da inserire nel team Strategy, Planning Business Development, del dipartimento Aftersales. Attività:
•Monitorare e analizzare i KPI relativi alla Customer Retention e alle performance Aftersales della Rete dei Service Partner, individuando trend, opportunità e aree di miglioramento;
•Sviluppare analisi sui KPI relativi alle esigenze manutentive dei clienti (lead service) generate dal parco circolante, contribuendo all'ottimizzazione dei processi;
•Supportare la Rete e gli stakeholder interni nello sviluppo di iniziative di retention e valorizzazione dell'Aftersales, contribuendo alla definizione strategica e al supporto operativo dei pacchetti di manutenzione.
•Analizzare dati provenienti da fonti differenti per identificare criticità, anticipare fenomeni rilevanti e proporre azioni correttive o opportunità di sviluppo del business.
•Predisporre reportistica e presentazioni manageriali, trasformando dati complessi in insight chiari e azionabili per il Management. Requisiti richiesti:
•Laurea in materie economiche o scientifiche;
•Esperienza di almeno 1 anno in ambito affine;
•Capacità di instaurare e gestire relazioni efficaci con stakeholder interni ed esterni;
•Ottima padronanza della lingua inglese;
•Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office, con particolare riferimento a Excel e PowerPoint;
•Costituirà titolo preferenziale la conoscenza di strumenti di Business Intelligence e Data Analytics (Power BI e Power Pivot), nonché competenze di data management a supporto dell'adozione e dell'efficace utilizzo delle tecnologie di Intelligenza Artificiale. Tipologia di inserimento:
Si offre contratto in somministrazione a tempo indeterminato, IV Livello RAL 33K. Orario di lavoro: full time È previsto 1 giorno di Smart Working a settimana. Sede di lavoro: San Donato Milanese (MI) Disponibilità oraria: Full Time
