La divisione Engineering di Randstad Professional, specializzata nella ricerca e selezione di profili di middle e senior management, su incarico di un'importante azienda del settore dell'elettronica, provincia di Trento, è alla ricerca di un/a: QUALITY ASSURANCE EXPERT (f/m/x) La persona entrerà a far parte del team Qualità, rispondendo all'Operations Manager, e si occuperà di assicurazione qualità e della supervisione del controllo qualità in produzione. Nello specifico, si occuperà di: Assicurazione Qualità: collaborare alla gestione e al monitoraggio del Sistema di Gestione Qualità, aggiornando la documentazione e assicurando il rispetto delle procedure aziendali. Supervisione controllo qualità. Gestione delle Non Conformità: analizzare i difetti, individuare le cause radice (root cause analysis) e proporre azioni correttive e preventive in collaborazione con la produzione. Miglioramento Continuo: supportare l'ottimizzazione dei processi per garantire i massimi standard qualitativi. Stiamo cercando una persona precisa, curiosa e con una forte voglia di crescere professionalmente. La persona ha maturato i seguenti requ Isiti: Diploma tecnico; Almeno 2-3 anni di esperienza maturati in ruoli di assicurazione qualità all'interno di aziende del settore elettronico (conoscenza di schede elettroniche, componenti SMT/PTH, ecc.). Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (necessaria per la lettura di schede tecniche, normative di settore e documentazione internazionale). Precisione, ottime capacità di analisi, approccio orientato al problem solving e forte motivazione a evolvere nel ruolo di QA. Tipologia contrattuale: Contratto a tempo Indeterminato, CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria. Sede dell'azienda: Rovereto (TN). Fascia retributiva: € 30 - 40.000 + welfare aziendale.
