Reduce risks of business interruption. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliSupport Site Management in achieving EHS results Drive the implementation of EHS policy on the field according to the Alstom/Region/Country-Cluster guidelines and targets, and the improvement of EHS results in the site. /liliAdvice, help, coach, support operational management in the EHS actions implementation to reach Alstom EHS objectives. /liliPrepare the local yearly EHS plan consistent with Alstom Transport strategy and objectives. /liliMobilize and coordinate with others to meet those objectives and deploy the plan. /liliMonitor the right deployment of the plan. /liliEnsure EHS Risk Assessment is done appropriate measures to control risks are defined for the Site. /liliPrepare, implement and maintain emergency plans at Site level. /liliMake sure activities of sub-contractors are under control with respect to EHS, especially where interfaces are involved with other contractors or operational areas. /liliHas full authority and must stop any operational activity resulting in a immediate high risk to People or the Environment. /liliLead the EHS function in the site Monitor, assist, coach, assess, develop the functions and operational teams in the site /liliConduct induction programs for new comers. /liliInvolve social and medical partners and communicate with them about EHS /liliDevelop Site EHS Management System /liliDevelop, deploy and maintain the local procedures and tools applicable to the Site specific for EHS Management System in line with Transport Country/Cluster EHS Management System /liliEnsure that Alstom EHS standards and tools (AZDP, TOP_E, Transport Key processes) are deployed at Site level. /liliSupport EHS Manager to develop, deploy and maintain the local procedures and tools and make sure they are aligned with Alstom Standards and international standards (ISO 14001 and ISO45001). /liliEHS Compliance Monitor compliance with all relevant statutory, regulatory, contractual and company requirements propose actions to correct any gap /liliMaintain appropriate records and documentation of the Site. /liliMonitor historical pollution associated risks /liliDevelop EHS culture in the site /liliInfluence the site EHS performance : facilitate change and EHS continuous improvement /liliSupport the site EHS communication plan in line with EHS rules /liliPrepare and implement an EHS training plan and program with the support from HR /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliProfessional experience between 5 and 8 years (depending on the size of the Site). /liliExperience of almost 3 years in Environment, Health Safety /liliHighly recommended experience in manufacturing sites or Regional Centers /liliGood knowledge and understanding of ISO14001, OHSAS 18001,ISO45001 /liliDeep knowledge of local legal requirements. /liliExperience in railway is a plus /li /ulh3Location /h3ulliLocation: Sesto San Giovanni CCNL Metalmeccanico Range RAL: 45.700€ - 60.900€ /li /ulh3Equal opportunity statement /h3pEqual opportunity statement: Alstom is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating an inclusive working environment where all our employees are encouraged to reach their full potential, and individual differences are valued and respected.
