The main role of this figure is to develop and implement software solutions according to the predefined functional analysis and application architecture, ensuring the quality, scalability, performance and maintainability of the code. The Senior Java Developer will also be responsible for coordinating and providing technical guidance to a small team of vendor-provided developers, overseeing their day-to-day activities and ensuring the quality and consistency of their deliverables. /ppThe role is designed for an experienced engineer who wants to expand their impact from individual contribution and team-level technical leadership toward broader software architecture responsibilities. /ppWorking closely with the Software Architect Manager, the candidate will progressively take ownership of more complex design and architectural decisions, contribute to the evolution of the organization's technical landscape, and develop the skills and experience required to progress toward a Junior Software Architect role within approximately 12–18 months, based on demonstrated capabilities and organizational needs. /ppMain tasks and responsibilities: /pulliLeads and coordinates the development and implementation of Java-based software solutions according to the defined functional requirements and application architecture. /liliProvides technical guidance and support to a small team of external developers, coordinating their activities and ensuring the quality and consistency of their deliverables. /liliTranslates functional requirements and architectural guidelines into robust, scalable, maintainable, secure and high-quality software implementations. /liliReviews code and technical solutions, ensuring adherence to development standards, best practices, security requirements and established technology guidelines. /liliIdentifies and evaluates technical solutions, improvements, and implementation alternatives to address functional and non-functional requirements. /liliCollaborates with the Software Architect Manager and other technical stakeholders to ensure that implementations are aligned with the defined application architecture and technology stack. /liliSupports troubleshooting, performance optimization, and resolution of complex technical issues throughout the development lifecycle. /liliContributes to the continuous improvement of development practices, tools, frameworks, and technical standards. /li /ulpSkills and experiences: /pulliMaster's degree in information technology or similar fields /liliMin 7 years' experience in a similar position with a clear track record in programming /liliExcellent Knowledge of Java 8 and 21, Spring Boot, Quarkus, RESTful API + Json and Soap API, RedHat Openshift or Kubernates, Message Broker (RabbitQM, Kafka) /liliKnowledge of one or more of the following DBs and cloud services appreciated: MongoDB, Cassandra, Elasticsearch, PostgreSQL, AWS (nice to have) /liliKnowledge of micro-services based infrastructure /liliExcellent mastery of written and spoken English /liliAbility to solve problems effectively and efficiently /liliStructured approach, process oriented, multi-tasking and ability to prioritize /liliWilling to learn, showing enthusiasm for technology with a proactive attitude /liliExceptional interpersonal skills including the ability to interact professionally in a multi-cultural environment and great team work attitude /li /ulpWhat We Offer: /pulliA vibrant international environment in a continuously growing company, with many professional and personal development opportunities /liliExtensive training and development opportunities within the group /liliA multicultural organizational structure and team /li /ulpCompensation: 42. annual gross salary + bonus + benefits.
