We aim to create an environment where everyone can reach their full potential. /ph3What you will do /h3pReporting to the Global Head of Compliance and Security, you will help ensure that our Information Security Management System (ISMS) remains effective, compliant, and continuously improving. Specifically, your role will be to: /pulliSupport the maintenance and continuous improvement of our Information Security Management System (ISMS). /liliMonitor compliance with security standards, regulations, and customer requirements, including ISO/IEC 27001, GDPR, NIS2 and other applicable frameworks. /liliPerform compliance reviews, risk assessments, and support internal and external audits. /liliMaintain and update security policies, procedures, controls, and documentation. /liliCollaborate with other business teams to integrate security and compliance throughout projects and services. /liliSupport third-party security assessments and respond to customer security and compliance requests. /liliTrack security metrics and contribute to security awareness initiatives across the organization. /liliParticipate in the development of security and privacy awareness training in conjunction with other members of the Security Compliance group. /liliParticipate in industry related events, webinars and conferences to keep regulatory knowledge up to date. /li /ulh3Personal Profile /h3ulliBachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline such as Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering, Law, or Business Administration. /liliKnowledge of Information Security, Cybersecurity, Privacy, Risk Management, or Compliance principles. /liliFamiliarity with ISO/IEC 27001, GDPR, or similar security and compliance frameworks. /liliKnowledge or understanding of DORA and EU AI Act frameworks is a plus. /liliStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities. /liliExcellent attention to detail and organizational skills. /liliGood communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. /liliA proactive mindset, curiosity, and a genuine willingness to learn. /liliFluent in Italian and English with good writing skills in both these languages. /li /ulh3More about us /h3pEidosmedia has aways been an international company composed of people from diverse cultures, countries, religions and backgrounds.
