YOUR MISSION IN THIS ROLE

As CVM Manager – Europe you are responsible for planning, developing and executing the European Client Value Management (CVM) roadmap, with the objective of driving client loyalty, retention, reactivation and acquisition through a data-driven and client-centric approach. Reporting to the Head of Client Engagement & CVM – Europe, the role translates customer data and insights into actionable commercial strategies, driving clienteling excellence and strengthening a consistent client engagement culture across the European retail network. More specifically you will: Plan and execute the European CVM roadmap, translating strategy into regional priorities and initiatives while monitoring performance and business impact. Analyze customer data, CRM KPIs and market trends to identify opportunities and translate insights into actionable commercial strategies. Lead customer segmentation and contact strategies, overseeing activation, retention and reactivation initiatives to maximize customer lifetime value. Drive a consistent clienteling culture across Europe, partnering with Retail, Area Managers and HQ to strengthen one-to-one client engagement and share best practices. Design and deliver training and coaching on CVM tools, clienteling and customer insights, driving adoption and continuous improvement across retail teams. Build strong cross-functional partnerships and act as a key point of reference for CVM, ensuring alignment between strategic objectives and operational execution.

WHO YOU ARE

Strong analytical and strategic mindset, with the ability to connect customer insights, data and analytics to business opportunities and actionable commercial strategies. Strong understanding of CRM, CVM, customer segmentation, customer insights with proven experience in CRM performance analysis and KPI management. Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills, with strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration capabilities. Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities and translate strategic initiatives into operational execution. Proven team leadership and people development skills. 6–7 years of relevant professional experience in CRM, Customer Marketing, Customer Analytics, CVM or related fields. Languages: Fluent English (mandatory), Fluent Italian (mandatory); additional European languages are considered a strong plus.

WHAT WE OFFER

The position provides for a base salary between: euro 60.000 – 65.000 Remuneration is determined on objective criteria, regardless of gender. Within the base salary range, individual pay is determined by knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training.
