He/she drives the commercial and marketing strategy in close collaboration with headquarters teams and ensures optimal execution of activation plans with distributors and direct customers (grocery retail, organic networks) across multiple markets. /ppbCommercial Development Account Management : /b /pulliDefine and deploy the commercial strategy across each market within the area. /liliIdentify and capture growth opportunities (new customers, new categories, product innovations). /liliBuild and develop partnerships with: /liliLocal and regional distributors /liliGrocery retail chains /liliSpecialist organic retail networks /li /ululliNegotiate commercial agreements (pricing, promotions, assortments, logistics terms) taking into account the regulatory and cultural specificities of each market. /liliLead tender processes and product listings. /li /ulpbBusiness Planning Performance Management: /b /pulliBuild the multi-annual strategic Business Plan and annual operating plan by market, by customer and by area. /liliDevelop and manage the local Brand Plan in line with the international strategy. /liliMonitor KPIs: revenue, margins, numeric distribution (ND), market share, promo ROI, sell-in / sell-out. /liliAnalyse performance market by market and implement corrective action plans. /liliProvide regular reporting to senior management. /li /ulpbMarketing Mix Management (4Ps) : /b /pulliAdapt and deploy the Product, Price, Promotion and Distribution strategy to local market realities. /liliManage the marketing and promotional budget across the area. /liliRecommend assortment and pricing adjustments based on field insights and local competitive dynamics. /li /ulpbInternal Coordination : /b /pulliWork in close collaboration with cross-functional teams including: /liliMarketing, Supply chain, Finance, Legal, Customer service, Regulatory compliance (where applicable) /liliEnsure proper execution of activation plans across all markets. /liliCoordinate product launches within the area, integrating local regulatory requirements (labelling, approvals, etc.). /liliMonitor and analyse the competitive environment across each market. /liliIdentify local consumer trends (grocery retail, organic, emerging channels). /li /ulh3Profil /h3pbEducation : /b /ppMaster’s degree / Bac+5 (Business School or equivalent university background). /ppbExperience: /b /pulli5 to 8 years of commercial experience in food beverage or FMCG, including significant international exposure. /liliProven track record in distributor management, regional grocery accounts and/or international export development. /liliKnowledge of specialist organic retail channels is a plus. /liliStrong negotiation skills, including in multicultural environments /liliResults-driven mindset with a PL culture /liliSolid command of the 4P levers and trade marketing /liliAnalytical capability and budget management /liliCross-functional leadership and HQ team coordination /liliEntrepreneurial spirit, autonomy and strong field orientation /liliFluent English required; French is a strong asset /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
